Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of https://nguyenthanhvien.online and the professional services provided by Thanh Vien Nguyen (AI & IT consulting), operating as an individual professional services provider.

1. Services

We provide AI & IT consulting and delivery services, including AI products and automation, software development, technology operations, and market-entry support for India and Southeast Asia.

2. Engagements

Each engagement is agreed in writing (email or proposal) and covers scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. Work is typically fixed-scope and outcome-based.

3. Fees & payment

Fees and payment terms are stated in the applicable proposal or agreement. Payments are issued to the account holder named on our invoices.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables become the client's property upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, know-how and internal components remain the property of Thanh Vien Nguyen.

5. Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential and use it only for the purpose of the engagement.

6. Liability

Services are provided with professional care. Except where prohibited by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement.
